MORNING WALKS-
10am - 12pm The gates close at 09:55am so please do not be late as we are a long way away from them by 10am note baby alpacas (cria only walk in the morning until July then they are big enough to manage afternoon walks More info...
AFTERNOON WALKS During School holidays 1:30PM - 3PM Friday and Saturdays only. The gates close at 1:25PM so please do not be late as we are a long way away from them by 1:30PM Ending end of August

PLEASE NOTE Due to insurance restrictions no children under 8. All children will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Please remember to wear suitable foot-ware. Do not turn up if you don't have a ticket as we won't be able to let you in. Please also note we do not host Children's Parties. No Dogs allowed.

VOUCHERS -
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase (except for November then they are valid for 7 months to allow the customers to purchase and gift in December. Guests will then have the full 6 months after Christmas.) The vouchers cannot be extended. The expiry date is the date they need to be used by. ie expiry 10th August walk must be booked and completed by 10th August. your vouchers are emailed to you instantly once paid for, you can then click the link and download your voucher to print or forward on. Using your voucher Scroll the calendar choose your day, choose your voucher type ie 2 people 1 alpaca. Choose 1 from drop-down as 1 = 1 ticket . PUT YOUR CODE IN THE BOX AT END OF FORM called "purchase method" Vouchers cannot be used for special events like Valentines as prices are different
Baby Alpaca Walks
The baby (Cria) are now being trained and will start walking on January 14th so why not take one for a walk
HOW TO PAY -
We are using STRIPE as our payment providers. Once you click submit you will be taken to their servers, which are 100% SECURE Guaranteed. You can choose to pay via credit/debit card. Once you are booked and paid, you will receive an email with your tickets in to download

(1 person 1 Alpaca @ £28 (not suitable for unaccompanied children) (2 people 1 Alpaca(special) @ £41) (Family Ticket 2 adults 2 kids (to 16yr) 2 Alpacas @ £76.00) (4 people 2 Alpacas@ £82) (1 Extra Walker £16) Cria walking prices are different see in calendar below. Christmas prices and special event prices are also different
Children between 8 - 16 still need to be accompanied by an adult.
Covid19 / Cancellation Insurance
Worried about what would happen if you had to cancel at short notice? don't worry we have you covered. On check out you will have the option to pay £4.50 this will insure / cover you right up to 2 hours before your booking. So if you get a letter informing you that you need to self-isolate or someone in your party needs to self-isolate or you have an appointment just give us an email and we will cancel your booking and allow you a free re booking within 3 months. This insurance is not compulsory, however should you choose not to take it out, your booking will not be able to be cancelled.
