Alpaca Walk Options & Timings
Morning Walks (120 Minutes)
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Gates close at 9:55 AM – Please arrive on time as we start promptly!
Baby Alpacas (Cria) only walk in the mornings until July. After July, they will join afternoon walks.
Afternoon Walks (90 Minutes)
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Available Fridays & Saturdays during school holidays
Starting from March 15th
Gates close at 1:25 PM – Arrive early to avoid missing out!
Afternoon walks end in August.
We operate all year round – Come and join us for an experience you won’t forget!

Important Booking Information
Children under 8 years old are not permitted due to insurance restrictions.
Wear suitable footwear – the terrain can be uneven.
No entry without a ticket.
We do not host children’s parties.
No dogs allowed.
Parking: The parking fees apply to Itchen Valley Country Park and are £3.30 (short stay) or £5.30 (full day) – this gives you access to all park amenities.
Look out for the Alpaca sign to find your walk location.
Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of an unforgettable alpaca experience!
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. (November purchases are valid for 7 months to allow for Christmas gifting.)
Vouchers must be used before their expiration date. (E.g., If a voucher expires on August 10th, the walk must be completed by then.)
Vouchers are emailed instantly – you can print or forward them.
To redeem: Select a date on the Booking CALENDAR, choose your voucher type, and enter your voucher code in the 'Purchase Method' box.
Vouchers cannot be used for special events (e.g., Valentine's Day) due to different pricing.
Baby Alpaca Walks (Cria Walks)
The baby alpacas (cria) have started training and will be ready for walks from February 15th!
How to Pay
We use STRIPE for secure payments.
After submitting your booking, you'll be redirected to STRIPE's 100% secure payment page where you can pay via credit or debit card.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your downloadable tickets.

- 1 Person, 1 Alpaca – £28 (Not suitable for unaccompanied children)
- 2 People, 1 Alpaca (Special Rate) – £41
- Family Ticket (2 Adults, 2 Children) – £76 (Includes 2 Alpacas)
- 4 People, 2 Alpacas – £82
- Extra Walker (No Alpaca) – £16

Cancellation Insurance – £4.50
Worried about last-minute cancellations?
For just £4.50, add cancellation protection at checkout! This allows free rebooking up to 2 hours before your walk in case of illness, self-isolation, or other unexpected events.
Without insurance, bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
