Subject: Important Update Regarding Your Upcoming Alpaca Walking Experience

Dear Alpaca Lover,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to update you regarding your upcoming alpaca walking experience.

We Are Moving! As of the 14th of February, Hensting Alpacas will officially be relocating to the picturesque Itchen Valley Country Park:

This beautiful 440-acre park offers an incredible setting for our alpaca walks, featuring scenic woodland trails, open meadows, the enchanting Itchen River, and family-friendly attractions like play areas, picnic spots, wildlife walks, and even Go Ape for some treetop adventures. We’re thrilled about this exciting new chapter and can’t wait to share this idyllic location with you.  We have moved half the herd.

Why the Delay? While our move was initially scheduled for January 7th, we were informed by Eastleigh Borough Council on January 8th that a new Licence to Keep/Train Animals for Exhibition is required at our new location. Although we held a valid license under Winchester Council at our previous site on Kiln Lane, this new requirement means we must temporarily remain at our current address until the license is secured. We expect the move to commence from the 14th of February onwards.

In the meantime, all alpaca walks will continue to be hosted at our current location:

Your Options:

If You Have Already Booked: you can

Reschedule Your Booking:
You may choose to move your booking to a date after February 24th (just to be safe) to experience your alpaca walk at our stunning new location in Itchen Valley Country Park.
Or attend Your Scheduled Walk at Kiln Lane:
You are welcome to proceed with your existing booking at our current address at Kiln Lane.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and support during this transition.
