We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to update you regarding your upcoming alpaca walking experience.

We Are Moving! As of the 14th of February, Hensting Alpacas will officially be relocating to the picturesque Itchen Valley Country Park:

This beautiful 440-acre park offers an incredible setting for our alpaca walks, featuring scenic woodland trails, open meadows, the enchanting Itchen River, and family-friendly attractions like play areas, picnic spots, wildlife walks, and even Go Ape for some treetop adventures. We’re thrilled about this exciting new chapter and can’t wait to share this idyllic location with you.

Why the Delay? On January 6th, we successfully moved half of our alpacas to Itchen Valley Country Park in preparation for our walks at this stunning new location. However, due to licensing requirements set by Eastleigh Borough Council, we are unable to start our alpaca walks there until the necessary license has been approved. We have a scheduled meeting with the council on February 11th, and if all required tests pass, we will be able to commence walks at Itchen Valley shortly after.

In the meantime, we are still conducting our alpaca walks from our current location at Kiln Lane until the licensing process is complete.

You are welcome to proceed with your existing booking at our current address at Kiln Lane.
